I went with a higher priced model based on the companies detailed description on how good it is. It turned out during re-assembly the V-belt drive hub rubbed on one of the castings ridges. I had to take the pump off and grind abour a sixteenth of an inch off the casting ridge. The pump seemed to turn with a little unsmooth feel and it was noisy when I first started the engine. After running for a while it did quiet down and seems to be functioning OK now.
