Does this Wheel arch need to be welded onto the area where the rust currently exists? Does the install process include cutting out the area that needs to be repaired and welding this new wheel arch in place? Or does the install process include just placing this wheel arch material over the existing rust areas? The rust area is smaller than my fist. Thank you, Lee G.Lee G. / Oct 09, 2022
