Prior to purchasing I asked one of your agents if this center cap had the chrome Cadillac emblem. He told me that he would get back to me and indicated that it did. I placed the order and cap arrives with no emblem. I am now told that I have to pay in order to return, and recently offered a shipping discount. This seems pretty crappy..

It will be a plain cap. For center caps with the Cadillac logo, we suggest getting them directly from the dealership.
