Product texture looks and feels well made for a non-oem replacement. Product is slate gray in color matching slate gray oem interiors. Product is not for quad cab Dodge Rams and didn’t fit my truck. Note: these replacement window cranks will only fit Dodge vehicles with short stem window cranks, check your vehicles vin before purchasing,
