They worked!!! That’s the good news. The installation was tricky. It was difficult to get the hold broken ones removed. In entere process you need to be careful you don’t break the window glass. Ended up widening the channel at the end with pump pliers. Had to tap new roller on from end with hammer. Once in channel lubricate well, then find a spot where ball fits in the wheel. I used a C clamp to press it in.

Hello! If the roller is not broken, you should be able to reinstall it, otherwise it will need to be replaced.
