Works great highly recommended, and I have a spare now for when the passenger side failsFront, Driver Side Power Window Regulator, With Motor
5.0/5
Works good. I only installed the driver side. Will save the other for when the original passenger fails. Easy install, no rivets needed. The 1999 Ford original regulator required rivets to be tapped and drilled out. Used spring loaded center punch and drill bit, unfortunately I forgot the exact size, may have been a 17/32? The new regulator comes with bolts and nuts. With that spring loaded center punch you'll need to pop it / push it several times before the center pin pops out leaving the rivet wall remaining which needs to be drilled out.

Easy to install but does not let the window all the way down. May have been the way I installed it.

If your ordered the correct PN it’ll fit. I recommend testing the circuit to narrow down your issue before replacement.

Question: I don't have a power window, but I want to get this regulator for my truck. I want to now would it work.?Den D. / Oct 16, 2023
Hi Den, I'm glad to assist you. Suppose your original regulator is manual. It would not work. You have to upgrade, do major rewiring, and get window switches. For us to check carefully and be accurate on the part you need, please provide the complete details of your vehicle (year, make, model, submodel, 2WD/4WD, and engine size). The VIN would be helpful.
