Came in a very flimsy box and was slightly bowed which works fine for the price but window cannot roll down all the way anymore with the issue of the bowing so luckily it’s a back window that we don’t need to put in use. Fine for the price. Customer service is a bit more challenging than the bowed piece.

Hi Arthur,
It will depend on the type of window regulator that your car uses. Some applications recommend replacing both the motor and regulator if they come together as one unit while other vehicles have them separately. I also recommend reaching out to your local dealership parts department. They may be able to help.

Hi,
For insurance repair claims, you should get a CAPA certified part. It is the same part number with a "Q" at the end. Unfortunately, for now, we do not have a CAPA certified rear driver side window regulator with motor.
