Sometimes, what you see in the advertisement isn't exactly what you get. I was able to get the item replaced fairly quickly, but it can be a bit frustrating at times. It really doesn't stay on track, and I've had to put it back together from the regulator just calling apart which I still can't understand why that happened. And all the time literally on a regular I'm having to catch the window and try to put it back on track all the components are hooked up correctly but I just don't understand what the entire regulator window holder just completely came apart. Still love this company either way, fair prices, not hard to contact either. Thanks car parts
