However let me tell you that just because your motor on your regulator works doesn't mean it is going to fit on this regulator.... as i am aware none of f-150 04 and newer have manual crank windows, this is what this is intended for a believe

Does "to" mean "up to" or "back to", i.e., does that mean it fits vehicles produced before or after that date?
