Question: 2008 Mazda Tribute Hello! My front driver side and passenger windows fell within a few weeks of each other. I removed both regulators and tracks. The pulley system was shot on both. I replaced the passenger side and it works great. However, I tested the front driver side and it activated the regulator fine. When I put the regulator in, it stopped working. I got a replacement part, still won't activate. I check the part of the passenger side to ensure it wasn't a power issue. It didn't work on the passenger side. Does this sound like a regulator part issue or a fuse/power issue? When trying to activate the regulator by pressing the button I can the regulator move and hear the click but no movement at all.David G. / Jul 11, 2022

Answered by Grace G. / Tue, Jul 12Either the regulator is bad or it could be in the switch. Personally I would put it in the window because it might need the weight of the window to be in it. Maybe a pin came loose in the pigtail.
