I ordered 2 headlamps for my 2012 Honda Accord and Car Parts sent them to me in secure packing with no problems. I then ordered a left driver side window regulator but it arrived damaged because Fed Ex
crushed it and broke the plastic motor case off. Car Parts sent me another one in a timely fashion. I was quite satisfied with Car Parts products and willingness to fix the problem. David K.
