Hello! If the cables are knotted, then the frame is likely bent or the pulleys damaged beyond repair. I would recommend replacement.

Hi,
Yes, this is the window regulator assembly with motor for Rear, Driver Side. This is the part where the window glass is bolted/installed on and hold the window glass securely when it is operated up and down.
