Answered by Jeonino E. / Fri, Apr 09I didn’t call my dealership and just installed it anyways. The auto function doesn’t work and it only rolls up in 1 inch increment which is frustrating. My car is a 2013 STI.

Hi Knighton, I'm glad to assist you. Please check the window regulator socket connector if there are pins that are loose or come out of their positions on the socket. If all the connectors are good and it remains like that, you can have it returned for a replacement or refund.
