The price was amazing, the shipping was only about a week, the installation went fairly well for a DIY situation. Did not fit as exactly and smoothly as the original but it worked saving me $1,000 over having the dealership install it. For that THANK YOU! The key to easy installation is YouTube DIY videos and knowing that rolling the window down halfway to see the adjustment screws when seating the window will make this project go so much more smoothly. Takes a couple of hours start to finish. Highly recommended.

This was my first time ordering a part here and I’m so happy I did and I will definitely will be ordering again and recommending friends and family. The prices are extremely reasonable for the parts, the part got here quick for me picking the standard shipping but I was mostly blown away by the option for you all to look up local shops who could perform the service we needed, FOR FREE! even thought I didn’t end up going with any of the options because we had a friend who said they could do it, it just is such a great feature, especially for people who have cars that only some mechanics can work on (Hyundai Sonata Hybrid 2013). I know this review was long but this was just too good not to leave a review, and that window regulator is doing great for my car, thank you all so much!!!

Received he regulator that I ordered. It arrived one day later than expected, but it was good. I was glad that we ordered it with motor attached as the new version is a different design from the original, so I recommend ordering regulator with motor included. It saved us from having to remove the old motor to put on the new one.
