Yes, it does. i installed this myself in my Hummer H3. super simple with the assist of step by step directions from YouTube. It's ready to go and install out of the box. You only need to remove the old one and reinstall the new one. (follow the step by step youtube instructions mentioned earlier) Only took about 20-30 min to complete.
