I ordered this part because my front passenger window motor fell apart. The new motor and regulator that came to me did not match the one listed in the picture. It did not have a plastic piece in the middle near the motor which my original one had. That plastic piece is what snapped on my original window motor.
I installed it and everything works great, zero complaints. Although be aware like other people have said, the automatic up/down function no longer works for that window, but the window will go up/down manually like normal you just have to hold the button. Also, the shipping was faster than I expected which was awesome.

Question: I installed this part on the driver side and passenger side for my 2006 acura TL the driver side works fine and the auto feature works , but on the passenger side the auto feature does not work , it only rolls up and down. Ive tried resetting the window control unit many different ways and many times nothing seems to work. Again the window rolls up and down fine but the auto roll down feature for the passenger side doesn't work, im beginning to wonder if the product doesn't support the auto feature. not sure why it wouldnt work since the auto feature for the driver side works?Fabian S. / Mar 21, 2022
Hello! These regulators do support that feature. Have you tried this reset procedure:
Power window Control Unit Reset
1Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
2Move the driver's (passenger's) window all the way down by using the driver's (passenger's) window DOWN switch.
3Open the driver's (passenger's) door.NOTE: step 4-7 must be done within 5 seconds of each other.
4Turn the ignition switch OFF.
5Push and hold the driver's (passenger's) window DOWN switch.
6Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
7Release the driver's (passenger's) window DOWN switch.
8Repeat step 4-7 three more times.
9Wait 1 second.
10Confirm that AUTO UP and AUTO DOWN do not work. If AUTO UP and DOWN work, go back to step 1.
11Move the driver's (passenger's) window all the way down by using the driver's (passenger's) window DOWN switch.
12Pull up and hold the driver's (passenger's) window UP switch until the window reaches the fully closed position, then continue to hold the switch for 1 second.
13Confirm that the power window control unit is reset by using the driver's (passenger's) window AUTO UP and AUTO DOWN function.
If the window still does not work in AUTO, repeat the procedure several times, paying close attention to the 5 second time limit between steps. If it still does not work, use a diagnostic scanner to B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A.
