Lasted 5 months, but received a replacement on the fly.Front, Passenger Side Power Window Regulator, With Motor

This regulator lasted about 5 months before the pulley wire snapped. Fortunately it was still under warranty so they sent me a replacement within a couple of days and I swapped it out.
This regulator looks exactly like the OEM (not sure if it’s GM) and it’s extremely easy to swap out. I can’t speak on the quality and say great things yet, hopefully this new regulator lasts way longer than just 5 months. So just 3 stars for this product until i get some actual years out of it.
The <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> customer service is superb and fast! I love how they quickly sent the replacement BEFORE sending the old part back. Usually warranty services have you send old parts back first. They also cover the shipping both ways!
In a nutshell, regulator is 3/5 and customer service is 5/5
