Question: I have installed the switch, why does the lock/unlock not work once the power is not on in the vehicle?Alysa C. / Jul 18, 2023
Hi Alysa, I'm glad to assist you. The part may be defective. Please check the power socket connector if there are no loose prong terminals. You need to check if there are blown fuses or a bad relay that controls the lock/unlock function. If it is still not working. You can have it returned for a refund.
