Hi Craig, I'm glad to assist you. Please check the socket connector if it is locked firmly and see if there are loose or pushed-out prong terminals at the back of the socket connector. If the socket connector is good, but the problem persists. Please call our hotline and ask to be transferred to the returns department so you can get your refund.
