I bought my first window switch from a competitor and it did the same thing. Only back windows worked. Then when I bought the one from carparts everything worked. Must not be the right part for your vehicle.

The connector for mirror controls was different on this replacement than my original. I cut both connectors off and reused the old one on the replacement by connecting each wire of the same color. If you don't have the heater wire on your old connector, just leave that disconnected. It will function just as you original did. Hope this helps!
