Question: The driver's side window stopped working completely after a few days of intermittent failure. The motor seemed strong and was not laboring when the window was going up and down. The passenger side window operates properly. I removed the switch from the door, unplugged it to check for loose wires or plug and reinstalled it.
The window still did not work. This is for a a 2003 Infiniti Coupe (two door).Is this the correct part? Is it new OEM? Will it be necessary to adjust the window closure once the new switch is installed? Thank you for your help.Don G. / Feb 23, 2021
Hi Don,
Window malfunctions are typically caused by either a faulty window regulator (also called a window track) or a broken motor, cable pulley, or window switch. Intermittent problems can cause windows to stop working temporarily only to work again and have more problems later. We highly recommend having the vehicle diagnosed by a certified mechanic to determine what part needs replacement.

Question: Nissan 350z being a coupe, when you open the door the window drops 1/8” and closes that 1/8” when the door closes. I’ve tried other switches that “fit” 350z but they haven’t supported this circuit, does this switch support this circuit?Chad D. / May 09, 2022
