Dummy like me needs specific instructions - Instructions need to say that tape versions of the product are attached to the outside of the window frame (or such other language). Had to call to find out why my tape set didnt fit inside by the window track.
Otherwise great product.

Original vent shades were damaged due to shipping. Called cust. serv. and all I had to do was send them a picture of the part and the shipping box. They sent me a new set immediately and didn't even want me to send the damaged ones back.
