Hi Ramon, I'm glad to assist you. No, it is the driver-side wiper blade only and there is no hose tube on it. The other option for the driver-side wiper blade is part number WW-2617NH. The fitment information says "Heated with shield wiper blade". Is that what you are referring to or what you need? Your reply is important to us. I hope this helps.
