I can’t remember for sure but it seemed like there was more than 4 pins. Also, mine was for the rear passenger on my 2004 Armada.

The part I purchased was only a 4 pin. Also, after replacing this labor intensive part, I found it was not actually the lock actuator, but the connector. One of the wires kept falling out of it.
