Hi John, I'm glad to help you out. As stated, this only works on the driver's door. They are not interchangeable. Unfortunately, we also don't have door lock cylinders for the passenger side of the Honda Civic. I hope this helps and happy shopping.

Yes, it is possible. You can reach out to your local auto locksmith to have only 1 key for the ignition, doors, and trunk.
