Ordered 1 part. Upon opening the order, realized I had received an entire box of 15! Super nice, but having a difficult time understanding why they only charged me $43 for $697 worth of parts?!
I did call to alert of the 'oversight' and received a pre-paid postage label to return the parts I did not order. Sort of like returning a lost wallet with $697 in it and getting....a buck for my trouble. The only reason I didn't give a 5th star. 1 star = $650....but all is 'right' with the karma police! (Yeah, I'll use you again...)

Hi Charles, I'm glad to assist you. Please have your vehicle checked by a mechanic to see if the steel rod is stuck or loose from its attachment inside the door. Also, the door lock cylinder could have gone defective as well. Upon checking we do not carry a replacement door lock cylinder with keys.

Upon trying to install it, we noticed that the plastic lever that connect the key valve and the rod was missing. (Other name for it - Door lock Rod slip assortment). We purchased a new one from the dealership but the newer ones are U shaped & small and don’t fit the key valve. Currently looking for one that’s more square shaped.
