Perfect fit snaps right into factory holes. Only suggestion is to use some glue on the top edges as the tape that comes with it is not very sticky.

Usually disappointed with aftermarket products, but the seal matched perfect. The only negative was figuring how the seal lined up to the door shell, since no directions came with the product. But, it was not hard to figure out.

Hi Dominic, I'm pleased to assist you. The little plastic pins in the door moldings are called retainer clips or push pins. They fit into a hole in the door molding. The retainer clips help to keep the rubber door seal in place and prevent it from coming loose or tearing. They also help to seal out water and air from the car's interior.
