They work however for people who have 88-94 OBS's with the old interior they need to be modified. These are designed for 95+ models. the old interiors have a flatter retainer, and a rectangle/oval not a 3/4 circle for how it attaches to the door panel. I got these to work on my 1993 by using side cutters just be careful not to cut away too much material. If you cut away too much, they can pull themselves out of the door panel when attached. But overall, even with the modifications I had to make I'm satisfied.
