This product said a direct fit for my 88 mustang so I bought two strips one for each door. However they were way to short I had to use both pieces to cover one door. Now I have to order another piece so I can do the other door

Hi Doug, I'm glad to assist you. It is the front weatherstrip for the door opening flange body. It is not the weatherstrip on the door edge that has pins to lock it in place to the edge of the door. May we know if you need the body flange weatherstrip or the one attached to the edge of the doors?

Hi Gary,
These are only compatible with the front doors. Unfortunately, they will not fit with the rear doors.
