Generally good fit but there were some holes that were just enough out of place that I had to file them to a larger size so that the clips (not included) could secure it properly.

This was just what was needed I needed for my Accord. I ripped the factory shield when doing work on the car. This splash shield was not as expensive as the Honda product and does the job. Carparts does a jam up job with shipping quick
