Answered by Khristine M. / Mon, May 04No it does not. You get get a set of fasteners that have special steel sleeves with metal screws online for the front 5 holes which I did and they worked better than the OEM fasteners even.

No, the valance is different from the engine splash shield. The engine splash shield is an underside cover that protects the engine from possible damage caused by many different elements.
