The lock cylinder on the plastic part was NOT the correct shape to house mine on my 2013 Chevy express van. I had to disassemble the old one and use the new parts to cobble it together.

Sliding side door handleRear - Side Sliding Door Exterior Door Handle, Textured Black, With Key Hole

Know what you are doing before you install this handle.
The handle itself is easy to install..... once the latch mechanism is out of the way.
Pay attention to how you remove the latch mechanism so that it will re-install properly.
Use magnetic nut drivers to avoid losing the nuts down into the door.
