Hi Ken,
Thanks for the review.Per catalog, part does not fit for a 2017 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition 4 Cyl, 2.0L. I checked the application of the part and shows that it will only fit from 2016-2021 Hyundai Tucson. Most likely this is the reason why the part does not fit to your vehicle.
