They do not fit. I had to modify them to fit on my 4runner. There are tabs that stick out on the door lock mechanism. It doesn’t allow handle to lay flush like it should. The factory handles have a cavity there to let it lay flush like it should. I had to drill out holes on the back side of all 4 handles.

Question: I could not get these to fit correctly. Had saw a review that a customer drilled holes in the back to allow them to fit. Any info on where this would likely be? I would like to install them. Seems like he said the lock mechanism was not accounted for...any help with this?Stephanie P. / Sep 08, 2021

These are the exterior door handles for the front, driver, and passenger sides, not for the back or rear. We do not advise drilling holes as parts should be direct-fit. Answered by Grace G. / Wed, Sep 08Yes the back part of handles requires 2 holes to be drilled, be very patient and gentle.... just compare with the old ones.... I'm very please with the results
