1st was the ease in finding the part I needed. 2nd I received my part within a very short amount of time. 3rd the price for my part was very reasonable for my 20 year old Toyota Echo. 4th the quality was top rate. Definitely will continue my purchases with this fine company.

The door handle is good quality. I see no real difference between the OE & the replacement. Price is very good...less expensive than some other web sites & certainly less than the OE from dealers. Finish is very good...I primed it (not sure I needed to), then painted to match the car before installation (duh). Only criticism I have (& reason for 4 stars only) is that the area holding the return spring always breaks on top & that leads to replacement. This is not the fault of Car Parts, but, rather I think, an inherent design flaw from Toyota. I hopefully solved this issue this time by fitting a metal hose clamp around this area & tightening...should strengthen it enough to make it last a long time. So... good product, arrived quickly, no complaints. Will go back to Car Parts if I need other stuff.
