Hi Mike, I'm glad to assist you. This item does not come with the main mounting hardware (screws, push pins...etc). But, this comes with the built-in clips at the back of the flare as shown on the 5th image on our catalog online. These would be the factory replacements. I don’t know if I’d call them “flares” although they are the trim that runs around the wheel well. They aren’t difficult to install. They just snap in. Just make sure to take the plastic splash trim out of the wheel well for easier access.
