This is for anyone looking for fasteners or hardware needed to install your fender liner and/or radiator splash guard (underside of front bumper). Looking at the car from a side, the screw that goes to the upper side of the bumper (Near the top where the bumper meets the fender on the side, under the wheel well) - the part number is 9986-50-516. The plastic fasteners to secure all over the part is NA01-56-145 The bottom part of the liner the shapes into a point or a cone, the area where the liner should meet under the front bumper, also meeting under your fog light / black honeycombed bevel, should be a hole where a big hex head screw is used. the part number is 9CF6-00-516B <-(This screw could be used throughout the whole underside of the bumper) If you lost the metal clip that was directly attached to the bumper that supposed to be used to help you screw in a bolt, those are U-nuts part number BR5S-56-496. Google the part numbers listed above to verify if those are what you needed. Personal advice: NEVER BUY FASTENERS FROM A MAZDA DEALERSHIP! I received a quote for part number NA01-56-145, they charged me $107 for a little baggie of 12 fasteners. Outrageous.

Karen - I replaced this part. When you take the old one off, or if it got torn off and you don't have one to remove, you will see the screws and some small clips that look a bit like a fat paperclip with a hole in them. These retain the screws and are pushed over the body panel ahead of attaching the liner. If you find one of these, just pull it off with some pliers, and take that into your local auto parts supplier and they will have a box of 5 or so for you to pick up. You can also get any new self tapping screws there too. Probably cost you $5-$8 for all of the clips and screws and you will be all set. It could be that they are already still in place and good - in which case just use what you have. Hope that helps.

This item is made of very thin plastic and is very flimsy , even with original clips and bolts the didn't stay on, lasted less than a week. suggest you find a different supplier with better quality item.
