Fit perfect would of been nice if the whole was premade where the fender attaches to the bumper and frame of the car

CAPA-certified parts are usually used for insurance purposes. The driver-side CAPA-certified is REPN222148Q which is $50.99. For the non-CAPA, the parts are just as good, but the manufacturer chooses not to pursue CAPA certification to cut costs.
