This is one piece - the entire fender liner unlike the stock 2 piece one. Not as rigid as the OEM liners, was skeptical at first but once I got it installed was o.k. with it.

Hello! It appears the main difference is in the transmissions - 4 speed vs 6 speed. There may be other options that are different between the two, but nothing that effects the fitment of these fender liners.
