Have not installed it yet. The outer side looks okay, inner fender has two dents it got during shipping I guess that I'll have to hammer out where it bolts to the truck. To muck of a pain to return it.

The fender comes primed (ready to be painted). We do not offer painted body parts. You may reach out to your local autobody parts shop to have the part painted so they can match the shade of the paint.
