Superb service, fast ship, acceptable price. Shipped FedEx (buyer supposed to open and inspect item before signing for item. FedEx delivered at door step and left .. no opportunity to open, inspect or sign for fender. Took item to mechanic for install -- opened box and both ends of fender damaged in shipping.
Made repairs and installed the fender notwithstanding damage. Perfect fit with minor modifications for damage.
Reported situation to <a href="http://Carparts.com" target="_blank">Carparts.com</a> --- (NOTING ESPECIALLY THAT I WAS NOT SEEKING REFUND OR TO RETURN THE ITEM, only to make seller aware of NO INSPECTION OPPORTUNITY when delivered) --- by REPLY TO THEIR EMAIL/Text stating fender delivered damaged and no opportunity to inspect -- FEDEX driver dropped at door and left without customer interaction or opportunity to inspect.
Received NO REPLY whatsoever from SELLER.

Hi M L, I'm glad to assist you. No, it is not. However, for the non-CAPA, keep in mind that it doesn't necessarily mean lower quality. The CAPA and non-CAPA parts are the same part. The only difference is the CAPA quality certification yellow sticker on the part. The parts are just as good but the manufacturer chooses not to pursue CAPA certification to cut costs.
