Truly a pain. I waited for 14 days and got a completely different item. It was some kind of a tail light not even related to my car. Spent hours on phone with customer service and suddenly got disconnected. Chat experience was easier but took a lot of time. Ultimately they didn't have the item I wanted and just had to return it.
