Hello! I don't think so. Usually fuel service is a fuel additive and/or fuel injector service and a new fuel filter.

I ended up not installing my sensor
Fuel tank needed to be dropped foe access. I did not want to do that.

There is a possibility, this is the incorrect part for your vehicle application. Please double check if that part is designed for your vehicle and engine application. Please follow the steps below.
On the homepage, please enter your application, simply select your vehicle’s year, make, model, sub-model, and engine size and click “Go.” Once your application is selected, type the name of the part you need on the top search box(e.g. Fuel pressure sensor) and press enter. Answered by Jeonino E. / Mon, Feb 08It won't seal properly. It probably would cause rough idle or cause check engine light to come on. Low pressure most likely in the tank from the bad fit. Sensor should be very tight when you install it.
