Only doing a 4 star for now since it has not been installed as of yet. The actual size of the part surprised me because it was 10x the size of the last in tank fuel pump that I changed in a mustang.

Hi Nel, I'm glad to assist you. We do not list a fuel pump with flex-fuel capability noted in the details of the 2009 Ford F150 5.4L. The fitment details say "with extended range or without extended range." The wheelbase length is also required. Please provide the VIN. It would be helpful.
