Hi Raymond, I'm pleased to assist you. No. This is a universal part and not specific to the 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis. This will need modification to work on the vehicle. We suggest getting a direct fit. It will cost a bit more but is worth it. I suggest part number E2336S.
