Hi Jaymz, GM already changed the body style of the 2006 Trailblazer EXT. This grille will only fit the 2002-2005 models.

Yes it came with all the mounting hardware. Even though i was told it didnt alm the mounting clios where in the box. Only thing it doesn't have is the emblem.
