Yes, it is paintable. You can have it painted to the color of your choice. Simply consult with your local auto body paint shop for the procedure and materials to do it.

It was all white, I ordered all black parts.
Grill, pumper, and valance. I like the way it looks. If you want blue that matches your paint, I would assume you would have to have it painted.
