I received the merchandise and seen it the box damaged..once I opened the box the merchandise was also damaged.
Contacted carparts and was informed to submit a claim through 3rd party. Contacted third party they informed me to submit a claim online at extend dot com. Did that and claim was approved. Received my refund in 2 business days.

This grille assembly is a textured finish and matte black. Textured finish means a rough surface produced by spraying and splattering large drops of coating onto a previously applied coating.

No, the crossbar is part of the grille shell. It cannot be detached from the assembly.

I’m not sure that’s a question for me to answer I bought it and didn’t do anything to it so you may have to call manufacture on that because I definitely could not give you a definite answer about replacing something of this and put in a calm something on it
