Hi Randy, I'm pleased to assist you. They are identical components. The letter Q at the end of the part number is an abbreviation for the CAPA (Certified Automotive Parts Association), which is typically used for insurance purposes. Keep in mind, however, that being non-CAPA certified does not necessarily imply lower quality. The parts are equivalent, but the manufacturer chooses not to pursue CAPA certification to cut costs.
