Hi Keith, I'm glad to assist you. No, this fits the 1969 Ford LTD onwards. We do not carry the headlights screw for the 1968 Ford LTD. Still, you might need other parts, such as a direct-fit carpet kit in black, gray, brown, or other colors. We have the carpet kit available.
